The St. Patrick’s Day holiday is nearing once again and while it seems like this holiday has lost its meaning to traditions like wearing everything green, convincing yourself that you’re Irish and binge drinking for a whole weekend;  for me it is different. I obviously like to celebrate it as well but I truly have Irish heritage as it is apart of my last name. Since I was younger I always like this time of the year, with spring nearing and with the help of a few local Irish pubs in my city it always puts me in the mood to listen to celtic & folk (metal) music. So here are a few of my favorite albums, not all of these are about the Irish but make music that go perfect for this holiday.
