ok big truth time (lol it’s not like I lie on here but like,) I’m pretty goddam fake around my friends. just saying. like, two years have gone by and I still barely feel like myself around them. anyway, they come to me for advice. I’m the advice friend. I give REALLY good advice. like no joke. but I’m realizing, well, that my fakeness has just lead my advice to be fake, too. I mean, I really just always say what I think they want me to say, and SOMETIMES I add in a few actual pointers that I think go along with the fake façade I’ve put up. anyway, I’m realizing now, that the real advice they need, they DESERVE, isn’t what I’ve been giving. I don’t think it’s possible for me to give it, since I really don’t feel like myself when I talk to them, but I just really want to find friends that will allow me to be who I really am, or at least find that, because I feel like I haven’t known myself in a long time.
