I think in this world centaurs have a uterus in the top and horse half. A pregnancy starts in the top, human half before moving down into the horse half (with all the pain of a normal birth). Once that happens a centaur can get pregnant again with the top uterus free.
K up there is wearing a a sort of binder because he's embarrassed about the post-partum belly. He's also not happy about not being able to fit through doors anymore.

may I request some double belly Brandywine (like having to carry two litters, one in their top belly and the other in their bottom belly) cause the thought of it is cute, though I know that if the have carry a massive litter it’s going to be really hard for them
