They make these movies so black women can view their men as jokes and coons by reinforcing negative black male images...black women will be out in droves on mothers day...hella sad.

I'm tired of the comedic value of the Black class divide

What y'all know about this?
So this is what happens when I was in West Oakland.
It ain't safe going to the clubs no more. It is a war zone. That is sad.
Race and class is a prevalent issue in South Africa even after Apartheid. Like the vision in America that civil rights meant we were free, the same message was being pushed in South Africa. We had Nelson Mandela, the world smiling on us, and we just won a rugby championship. Unfortunately that is not the case as black people are still poor and still suffer injustices. So what do any nation do? Become a tourist spot for America, like Saudi already has. A friend of mine's said when they went Saudi the rules of women covering their faces don't apply. Sure South Africa is very lenient with how women dress, but with a show like this I'm pretty sure you won't see the conditions what poor South Africans go through.
This show brought me back to high school when I saw Miss Universe and saw Miss South Africa. She was Dutch. I was taken back and told my teacher how I felt. He told me just because she is not black doesn't mean she is South Africa. The Dutch have been there for almost 400 years. The movie 'Skin' explore the mixing of races with a Dutch girl who look black. She had dealt with racism from her own family and confusion living in apartheid Africa. It was just strange experience. Much like watching Clifton Shores and seeing white women parading around Africa like its LA. I should think this is racist? I really don't know what to think other than be amazed that one day when people say that a big fashion would be in the Motherland.
Of course will tourism help struggling countries like South Africa? More than likely no. San Francisco has this obsession with tourism and is still broke. Oakland is trying to do that with the new Uptown area. But to me Oakland is still chocolate. To many tourism is the fountain of gold that everybody wants but not everybody can't have. Why people choose a certain city? Like why do people like New York? To this day I don't know.
Clifton Shores is very very interesting, but I think its pretty much used as a tool to get young people to tour there, and it will work. From what I seen you have very beautiful white women doing white women do in these shows: complain, whine, and do something half important. Will this help people see that people moved on from apartheid? No. But it will decent show that will have people not only of Paris but going to South Africa to help their career.
Lil Wayne Being Polite with Drake on the hook. New Hit. I smell it in bones.
