Ive noticed that your centuar au is the only time so far I haven't seen Edd behaving like a little menace

oh yes, certainly, this AU was mostly made off an impulse lmao, im not even sure if i could maintain the same plot of the centaurworld story in this au when the next seasons arrive- seeing as we will obviously get more key characters~
but as for Edd though, he is still a mischievous trickster trouble child which had his whole village slaughtered in front of him, but after he realized that he could use his powers to help others rather then hurt them he became this overly protective brother who obsessively tries to keep everyone around him "Happy" rather than necessarily "Safe" and i think that's where he's different from wammawink, especially since wammawink has a motherly relationship with her heard, not a sibling like one, but Edd has an older brother vibe to his heard and tries to be the "Fun" one, which sometimes ends at someone's expense, BUT hes still growing and trying to be a good leader so theres something lmao~
If my AU had been the actual show itd mostly be about Torrid learning to accept the same things Horse is learning in the show but also along side Edd learning to be a good Leader/Big brother~
