CCA Manila : 20 Years Bolder - A Week Long Celebration of PHILIPPINES’ Top Culinary School
The Philippines’ Top Culinary School, CCA, Manila 20th Anniversary Week-Long Celebration ends with an in-house cook-off competition entitled "Clash of Class”, students was challenged to create dishes with the theme “Sustainable Innovation” and a Pocket Seminars about food and beverage and hospitality trends and developments at the Center for Culinary Arts in Katipunan, Quezon City.
They lined up four major events that started from November 21 - 25, 2016. They kicked off the celebration in the “CCA Anniversary Gala Dinner” at Edsa Shangri-La. With the theme “Sustainability, Innovation and Filipino Cuisine to the World”.
It was followed by a one-day international business conference entitled “The Future of Food: Business Directions for Hospitality & Culinary Leaders” slated on November 23 at the UP Auditorium in Bonifacio Global City. On the same day , the CCA Grand Alumni Homecoming was held at the UP BGC.
CCA, Manila believes in the natural capacity of Filipinos to become successful leaders in the global culinary industry. They recognize the uniqueness of each student and the need to develop them not only through their internationally accredited programs, facilities, and faculty but also to imbibe in them strong leadership and social values that are celebrated worldwide as uniquely Filipino.
