A lead bullet hit a steel plate with 700mt/sec velocity at 27 degree centigrade temperature melts on the generated heat. If the generated heat distributed between the bullet and steel plate determine the percentage of heat absorbed by the steel plate. [The latent heat, melting point and specific density of lead is 5.4cal/gm, 327 degree centigrade, and 0.03]
Centigrade Official Trailer (2020) , Thriller Series
A lot of Americans have trouble with celsius/centigrade because even if most of us know that 0 is frozen water and 100 is boiling water it's difficult to apply that to your every day life if you can't apply temperatures to everyday experiences. So here's my perception of various temps in celsius!
-20°C: Your parents' deep freezer in which they hoard long forgotten meats that were on sale five years ago. If it's this temperature outside you should probably like, cover most of your skin.
0°C: All the snow on the ground is kinda slushy, kinda gross.
4°C: Your refrigerator, a cold refreshing lemonade. (The kind which is in no way similar to Sprite.) You will need at least a light jacket on outside.
16°C: A cool day in early fall, if you put on a hoodie you'll be uncomfortable but you'll get sweaty walking in direct sunlight.
22°C:
25°C: It's a little stuffy in this room.
28°C: Warm summer day. That 4° lemonade (which is not Sprite) sounds great right about now.
30°C: Starting to get pretty sweaty, this is hotter than warm but not quite hot hot. If you're some kind of reptile you're probably loving this.
35°C: Now it's hot hot. Pretty awful to be honest. This is probably a pretty typical summer day if you live in Florida though.
37°C: Human body temperature. This is around what you should be. Fun fact: This is why "normal" body temperature is 98.6°F instead of whole number, it's a direct conversion from 37°C that wasn't rounded to 99 for some reason.
38°C: *feels your forehead* you do feel a little warm.
39°C: *feels your forehead* oh honey you're burning up!
40°C: *feels your forehead* we need to get you to the hospital immediately.
50°C: what I probably like my showers at honestly
55°C: Tea that just became cool enough to sip.
65°C: Probably the correct temperature for a hot cup of coffee if you're one of those people who thinks anything less than scalding is "luke warm."
70°C: when you go to wash your hands at some place that has a way overactive water heater and go "ah fuck!" after it scalds your hands.
100°C: you probably shouldn't have much experience with what this feels like unless you're pasta.
