The abandoned Beaver Union Elementary School in Ryde, just after its new owners took it over (that's where the flag came from). Now known as The Grand Island Mission, this mission-styled three-room building is in the process of being restored. Two years ago, we raised about $120k in three months to finance the shoring of its 90 year old roof. Now, we're getting set to restore the rest of it.
