Here is one of my favorites and easy breakfast ideas for the younger ones. ❤ Raw/Vegan Fruit Crip ❤ Add the fruit of your choice at the bottom of the dish (pears, strawberries and cherries rock! 😉). In a food processor, blend 1C of soaked nuts, 1/4C oats, and a few dates. Sprinkle on top and ENJOY! Good snacking is important for a healthy body, as well as good brain function. I love this snack because it is easy to make, full of nutrients and yummilicious! ❤️️ Soak the nuts overnight, in the morning drain and rinse.
