Who can relate? It was -22° plus wind factor. I totally didn’t think I could actually run this morning. I was even afraid to try. That’s why yesterday, I worked out inside instead. I know, sounds weird to be scared of running in the cold right? But who are we to judge fear... I find this is exactly what happens when we let fear direct our actions. When you choose to step out of fear, you can still feel the emotion of it, but you don’t let it dictate your actions. Just like I did this morning!
