opinions on conservative x socialist
I don't think much about them anymore, but it definitely has potential. They'd probably be partly a hateship imo (I love enemies to lovers but I also love enemies AND lovers), but they'd still care for one another underneath it all. For some reason I think they went to high school together, along with Progressive. Conservative was a troublemaker in those days, and really Socialist was as well. Clearly they've both mellowed out a lot nowadays, but they still remember each other.
I'd probably like it better if the only fic about them rn wasn't smut. There's already way too much godforsaken smut in the tags (from the same few godforsaken people), and it gets so ungodly boring so quickly.
