CEO Routine Challenge
I recently watched a video from BuzzFeed about morning and night routines Link here: https://youtu.be/ec-qGLAnReg and I have been inspired to try this for myself especially after my winter break where I messed up my sleep schedule and my productivity dropped. So here’s how it works.
Morning
wake up at 4 am
Eat breakfast
Write down things that you a grateful for
Go through your emails
Night (7pm-9pm)
Clean up around your house and your room
Take a bath with a bath bomb, or bath salts, or essential oils
Dim overhead lights
Wear PJs
Write down 3 things that you want to do the next day
Read before you go to bed
Go to bed at 9
