This is information about the group of original characters I’ll probably post art for…. Despite it being years now, I haven’t ever really made a centralized hub explaining their backstories or personalities.

Friday knew Ceretta as children— they live in the same town, but he avoided her. Because the world is medieval fantasy, there’s never explicit terms used (and a lot of ableism, external and internal) but Friday is schizophrenic and Thirteen has autism. Their real names aren’t Friday and Thirteen either. Friday’s real name is Mare. He changed it because Thirteen’s real name is wrapped in his curse and cannot be remembered or spoken— and he didn’t want his brother to be alone in having an unlucky number as a name forced upon him.

I think about them a lot. But I consider myself a writer first, so most everything about them is in a screenplay, that’s about 100k words long. I really, really like these people.
