she retired actually-- we have Mr. Carter now. At first I thought it was going to be "holy hell, is this like the times where they make PE teachers go teach art because they can't find anyone?" but it turns out he was a graphic designer and freelance artist, and went to college for art, and even taught college art classes. So I'm looking forward to seeing what he has.

Oh, thank you! Erowid is the kind of material that should be taught in schools instead of programs like DARE. As with sex education, abstinence-only or fear-based curricula fail to address the underlying reasons for wanting to use a substance, and do not provide information on safe behavior should a person choose to proceed.
