Certified home inspections installed a Trelona Termite baiting system to this home. The house was built in underneath with no termite protection. The home is classed in the high risk category for getting termites as all the piers and ant capping was obstructed by walls and ceilings which can allow concealed termite entry. It was considered almost impossible to protect this home completely using a chemical system so we recommended a baiting system.
