Cetitan, the final member of Team Surf, is finally done! Here’s her bio:
Cetitan (She/her)
Species: Cetitan (bet y’all couldn’t have guessed!)
Ability: Thick Fat
Moveset: Icicle Crash, Heavy Slam, Endure, Superpower
Is a founding member of Team Surf. Splash came to her home town, located on a glacier by the sea, chasing a criminal that Cetitan helped catch. They formed Team Surf together after this event. She’s the only one that can speak while Dive is active thanks to her blowhole. Unfortunately, she’s also incredibly blunt and just generally bad at talking to others in a polite way, so this along with her intimidating size causes some issues from time to time. Just goes by her species name since her actual name is in a language most other pokemon physically cannot pronounce (Cetitans mostly communicate through whale calls!)
