Not technically an emoji, but free to use as one

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) symbol made by us, since we couldn't find one anywhere other than the dark blue ribbon

Because this is a symbol for a disorder (and in some cases disability), it is exclusive to people with CFS or suspected to have CFS, or those who want to help spread awareness. However, we can make a version with the word for communication purposes too

Don't forget to credit if used as an emoji, and preferably in general too while it's new ^^
