It sounds crazy saying this, considering how it splits the fandom, but I shipped Clexa and I ship Bellarke too. Clarke and Lexa were beautiful together, and I agree the timing of her death was terrible, but they would never have lasted, and they didn't know each other well/long enough for it to be One True Love. Bellarke have a lot of build up, and it just makes sense to me for them to become canon. IMO, neither ship makes the other less valid - it's possible to fall in love more than once!

So sick of people acting like Gina and Maya’s deaths should not affect Bellamy and Jasper. Why can’t fans accept that Gina and Maya were important to Bellamy and Jasper the same way they accept that Lincoln, Lexa, and Finn were important to their girlfriends? Just because you don’t care about their relationships and deaths doesn’t mean the two of them should not.

I ship Clexa, but I really wish they'd spent more time on it. The jump from "You tied my best friend to a pole and almost murdered her with literally no proof that she tried to kill you" and "the only reason we aren't together is that I'm not ready to be with someone else" was... bizarre? Where was my slow burn, Jason?

I wish people that hate Clexa would understand with it really meant - not only for the LGBT+ community but for feminism. Lexa and Clarke didn't need each other, and they also didn't let their feelings interfiere in their work as leaders, women are hardly ever shown like that, really. They meant something because they didn't stick to the stereotype of women being unable stop their feelings from controlling them. If you honestly don't understand what it truly meant, you misunderstood it.
