The time has come to puff it, poof it, and parade it like you mean it. Come dressed in your most ludicrously voluminous finery — leg-of-mutton, balloon, bishop, bell, or experimental monstrosity. This is a night for exaggerated elegance and fashion that defies both gravity and good taste. The sleeves will be big, and the dance floor will be pure chaos. We are gearing up for Costume College 2024 Class Submission and want to know what class topics you might be interested in this year as inspiration for our potential teachers. Classes can range in topic from historical eras to different cosplay genres to specific sewing or crafting techniques and beyond, so let us know what you would like to learn about next/this year! April Update: The Costumer's Guild West, Inc. (CGW)'s Board of Directors will be (virtually) meeting this weekend to discuss whether or not Costume College 2020 will go on as scheduled or if it will be canceled (skip this year). An announcement from the CGW's Board on their decision will be forthcoming next week. Please give them a few days after the meeting to process and write up their response before it is published online for all to see and read. . . . .

(CGW)'s Board Update: The CGW Board has decided that *IF* Costume College 2020 is cancelled, we will keep everything that we can the same from 2020 and put it all in place for 2021. This would include event themes and such. Yes, there would be some class changes and maybe a committee member or two would decline to continue but basically we would have the 2020’s event in 2021 *IF* we have to cancel in 2020.
