i think it would be funny if candide turned some of the old clones into lizards, which is why she has like 5836384 lizards

gandhi was also one of these lizards and abe internally somehow knows this (like the origin story for gumball and darwin in tawog type beat) and he pulls a heist in season 3 to steal lizard gandhi. in season 4 abe gets scudworth to turn gandhi back into a human and they become besties again and topher dies😊😊

I'm a huge Scudworth fan and I don't hate Candide. I honestly feel like she could have been a really cool character but she was mishandled.

I feel like a lot of people in the Scudworth wing of the fandom viscerally hate her bc they blame her for how Scudsy treated Mr. B, and while I believe she very well could have drugged him into sexually desiring her, until that's confirmed then Scudworth is responsible for his actions. One of his deepest flaws is that he doesn't know how to treat his loved ones, as we see in season 1 with all the other times he's taken Mr. B for granted. This season dialed that vice up to 100 and really shows just how lucky he is to have a friend like Mr. B who forgives him and stays with him.

I understand the hatred toward Candide as a love interest for Scudworth bc I too found that plotline to be just horrible. It feels wildly out of character for Scudsy and it drives a huge wedge between the dynamic duo (couple) that is him and Mr. B. She honestly felt like nothing more than a plot device for the two of them to chase around. I didn't start to like her until the final episode where she was fully portrayed as a ruthless antagonist and master manipulator. It would have been an interesting and welcome plot twist if she was manufacturing Scudworth's attraction to her with some pheromone concoction based on her reptiles so he'd be easier to control. I hope in season 3 they use her to her full potential as the main antagonist bc she seems capable of being real threat who could hearken back to the days of the original Shadowy Figure.
