What's the nicest thing a MC could get for the characters?

HMMMM. I have thought of this long and hard the last few days, and these are my answers

•Malcolm: most likely a professional massage. Those scars (as well as other wounds or physical aches) can last in the world the mc has found themself in as long as that aspect has become part of your sense of self, as it is for Malcolm, and it would provide relief from it as well as provide a wonderful opportunity for his being flustered

•Scarlet-Be-Thy-Coat: Scarlet is a a special case because touching anything aside from the mc is very difficult at best, so I would suggest sharing favorite music or movies or similar bonding activities that would allow you both to share close parts of yourselves

•Kreesh: I will instantly and emphatically say a demonstration of whatever hobby is the mc's favorite. She used to play the violin in her old life, and she still has a soft spot for whatever those close to her hold close to their heart, from playing instruments like her to enjoying fanfic. It's all the same to her!

•Twelve: something you yourself have cooked, even if you personally think it's terrible. Twelve would appreciate the effort involved just as much of not more than the results (particularly if the food is sensory hell, whoops) and xie would enthusiastically ask questions and crinkle their eyes at you in a bright smile from behind xir mask

•The Splintered: not so much an object necessarily, as he's gotten himself illusory of magic versions of many and sundry items, but someone taking the time to do sweet romantic things like write him poetry or get him flowers

•The King: Comfort objects. Full stop. She would absolutely be embarrassed if this were acknowledged in public, but soft/weighted blankets, stuffed animals, and similar comforting things are a very reliable way to earn your way to her heart. (Is this because she's rarely had the opportunity to be treated as someone who could or should be treated as someone just as soft as those items? Absolutely. And the acknowledgment of sane would make her happy to the point of her eyes misting up, at minimum)

•Lichtenberg: the kindest thing to give to him would be stories about your family, found or by birth. He treasures wholeheartedness just as much as he does family ties, and learning about you through this lens would be something he would deeply cherish

what does each RO crave the most right now?

•Malcolm craves to not be a fist anymore. As the saying goes, once you've been a fist for all your life, you can't flatten it back out to be gentle again. He also craves the sort of recipes his Pennsylvania Dutch grandmother used to make

•Kreesh craves understanding, for acceptance her for who she is just as much -if not even more so- how monstrous her physical appearance may frighten others. She also craves proper south american hot chocolate just as much as she does Russian rugelach

•Twelve craves to find a support system to fill the void left by the loss of their/xir family members- as they don't mind being alone, but xie takes comfort from people who are there for each other through shared experiences and shared affection and trust. Twelve also craves poi on a regular basis

•The Splintered craves answers, and people he's would be allowed to be angry at. Failing that, his mother'v very specific way of preparing tripe for pho would be a good second place

•The King craves an opportunity to rest, really rest, but there is no sleep for the dead. She craves and misses any opportunity to see the face of a lost love. She knows it was her fault, but still she pushed

•Lichtenberg is currently craving a dulcimer, his own vanished upon his death and he didn't feel it was fair to recreate it from memory. He currently craves to eat rúgbrauð
