Adrian screamed as Jace pushed her forwards, telling her to run and hide. She ducked behind a dumpster, having had to run for cover in an alley way. She covered her head, closing her eyes and tried to remain calm, almost scared what might happen if she got herself too scared. After all, being an nephilim, she was powerful, and last time, she managed to black out several blocks.
Suddenly she felt an hand on her shoulder, and her head snapped up, looking at Jace. “What... what happened? What were those things?”
