“Rules of Engagement” (S04E18, Stardate 49665.3) is more than just a Trek courtroom drama. It is a search for truth both in a courtroom, and within Worf's character. He finds in the end that even though he is vindicated, his accuser was not entirely wrong about his accusations. Solid episode all around.
