Well I mean Steve Buscemi is awesome, so his voice acting is fantastic. I also really like his characterization and I'm pretty sure Randall is gonna be tragic as fuck in Monster's University.

UHHHH. Probably Mike correcting him when he's trying to insult him. "If you're gonna threaten me, do it properly,"

Uh...I guess there wasn't really a particular moment due to his characterization in Monster's Inc. But I'm sure there'll be a moment in Monster's University when I start to like him a lot.
