Taiyo has used Self-Sacrifice against the wild Rin! It's super effective!

The way Rin says this implies that she wasn't just going to offer Taiyo his next mission because he’s conveniently free—the mission is something that only a specific person can do, and Taiyo has proven himself to be that person.

Given the nature of the mission, though, this begs the question: exactly how much does Rin know about the situation?

Poor Mutsumi T.T She had maybe 15 minutes without her brother’s presence before he tracked her down again. I hope she at least got to enjoy a slice of cake. :')

I like that Kyoichiro finds Mutsumi through the simple reasoning that the Hinagiku facility is the only place that can block the Yozakuras' GPS. Instead of using it to track her down, he finds her because he CAN'T track her down. It's a smart detail!

The fact that the Hinagiku can block the Yozakuras’ GPS is also a fun tidbit that could easily be played for drama. Like off the top of my head, I can think of two fun scenarios that might arise from this:

-Some kidnappers figure out how to block Mutsumi's GPS, and Kyoichiro naturally goes to the Hinagiku to retrieve her—only to discover that Mutsumi isn't there and someone else has her.

-Mutsumi hides out in the Hinagiku headquarters for whatever reason, and since they can choose to block her GPS, finding her is reduced to a game of good old-fashioned hide and seek.

Also, I'd love to know how exactly the Yozakuras can track Mutsumi places. Is there a GPS built into all of the cherry blossom rings, or just Mutsumi’s? We find out later that the Yozakura family rings are equipped with high-tech programs, and they’re also connected to the family supercomputer. It seems pretty easy to add a GPS tracker into the mix as a safety precaution.
