in ch2, noelle can freeze the cyber world enemies because they're computer programs and those can... yknow. freeze.
none of the darkners in ch3 and 4 would have this property... except the water coolers/mizzles, i guess? so i figure this is partially why noelle wasn't in these chapters' dark worlds
but you know what probably can freeze?
