“I don’t do boyfriends.” // “Wait, you`re gay?” // “Like I’d ever wanna screw you.” // “Just don’t lie to me. If one more man lies to me, I swear to God…” // “See, sexting pays off.”
“But you used to …” Noel said with a giggle as she leanedagainst Beckett’s shoulder. Okay, so maybe she was just a little past very, very drunk. She wanted to let loose though. Things had been too serious latelybetween them and well, the whole town, so when a party was announced, Noeljumped at the chance. She might have gone a little overboard with the wholeparty thing, but at least she looked hot as hell in her lace white shirt thatshowed off her midriff and her black leather pants, and she wanted to put thathotness to good use, and right now that consisted of fantasizing which guy shewould want to have a threesome with. “Cody is sexy in that adorable way, andhe’s such a good guy, I bet he’s good at sex. He looks like he would be good atsex. Not as good as you of course.” She assured him, leaning close to nibble onhis ear, her hand sliding up his thigh slowly and deliberately. “I don’t thinkanyone could be as good as you with sex.” She murmured, squeezing his thigh.“And now thinking about having sex with you really makes me want to have sexwith you. Where did you park the car again?” Noel asked with a mischievoussmirk.
“What? No! I - I’m not gay.” Xavier denied quickly, violently shaking hishead. That was just what he needed, having the girl he was in love withthinking he was gay. That was usually how things worked for him anyway. If itcould go wrong, it would. A little voice inside of him told him that thingscould work out very well for him right now if he wanted. The girl of hisdreams, Calla Marks, wanted to have sex with him, and she was making it veryhard to resist while she looked up at him with those beautiful eyes, her lipspouting out at him, obviously upset that he had rejected her. Obviously, thelook made his heart clench, and he spoke up quickly to try and alleviate herupset. “It’s not that I don’t want to … I definitely want to, I meandefinitely-” he was momentarily distracted when her lips found their way backto his neck, and he shivered slightly at the sensation. “But I - we, we can’tCalla.” He quickly moved out of her reach so she couldn’t touch him and testhis resolve. “I don’t want to do this while you’re drunk because I know if wedo, you’re not going to remember it in the morning, and I will.” Xavier turnedaway from her, pacing back and forth. “And it would kill me. Waking up andremembering being with the girl I’m crazy about and this … Awesome nightbecause I’m sure it would be, like better than awesome. Probably amazing, butknowing you wouldn’t remember it …” He turned back to find Calla passed out onher bed and sighed, walking over to her and tucking her in, wrapping the sheetsaround her with a soft smile. “It wouldn’t be worth it.” He finished, brushingsome hair back from her face before cutting off the lights, hoping for her toget some sleep.
“Like I’d ever want to screw you.”
He had to seriously fight back a smirk at those words, andfrom the look on Skye’s face, she was fighting the same thing, even though shehad said the words. Frankly, Grant thought that her words were a bit of anoverkill, but it was mildly amusing. Especially since Grant knew for a factthat she would screw him. That she had screwed him several times now as amatter of fact. He knew that she insisted that they keep their relationship asecret, and right now, in front of their friends, that was what they had to do.He still wasn’t really up to date on SHIELD’s procedures on having relationswith coworkers was, but he was pretty sure that having sex with his SO wasprobably forbidden. His eyes still trained on Skye, shaking his head as if hewas slightly offended by her statement, he couldn’t help but think it was agood thing he had always been a rule breaker anyway.
“Just don’t lie to me. If one more man lies to me, I swear to God …”
“I’m not going to lie to you.” Logan insisted before she could even really finish her sentence. “I’ll probably be more on the side of brutally honest.” He told her with a little smile, cupping her face in his hands so she had to keep his eyes locked on him. He knew that she had been hurt before, and he knew that with the nature of his job, keeping secrets was a huge part of it, but the fact was, he loved Jude. He knew that she was the one that he wanted to be with for a long time, as long as she would have him, and he didn’t want to risk losing that over his job. He loved his job, don’t get him wrong, but she was more important. “I know, and you know I’m not going to be able to give you every detail of everything I do, because you know what danger that could put you in, but I promise to be as truthful with you as I can. I don’t want to lose you, Jude. Over anything.” He assured her, brushing some of her hair back from her face.
Skye let out a breathless laugh, her heart still pounding a million miles a minute as she watched the security guard practically run out of the building and to the outside. “Does this really count as sexting? We were im-ing.” She teased as she tapped away at the keyboard. It was times like these when Skye panicked during field work, that she was really glad she had a trained spy in her ear to keep her calm. Even though Grant’s presence might not be physically with her, it sure felt like it. It was a comfort she was probably getting too attached to. She couldn’t help it though. It seemed like he was the only thing that could keep her calm in a mission, like he was her very own superhero, keeping her safe with his skills that she knew could rival her own SOs. Not to mention he was creative at getting out of situations, like coming up with a plan to have her sexting the guard from his superior’s computer. In fact, she was a little surprised she hadn’t thought of it herself. She guessed the art of seduction was one of the things they taught in Hydra. That thought made her uncomfortable though, and she quickly focused back on the mission, tapping her ear wig and speaking to Coulson. “Coast is clear for extraction AC.” She said simply, grinning at her success.
