Oh, sorry, Chad. I forgot you don't have many of those. Friends are people who like to hang out with you because they enjoy your company. And in the case of LOE, I'd like to think Dennis is at least my friend. ;D

hap ki do isn’t as crazy as kempo. But hap ki do does involve a lot more memory and thinking, and taking that knowledge and applying it on the fly. It’s very draining mentally.

Yeah I think I'll pass on that. I plan on resuming training soon. Probably next Spring after my second semester is over. But it did feel good to get back in there and shake out the cobwebs.

I can’t do spin kicks any more on my knee. But I do still practice kempo and hap ki do.

I remember my run in with Kempo. It kicked my ass. I'd love to go at it again. And all I've heard about hap ki do is that it is no joke. I've heard it can be rough.

I may take one of those in the fall.

I was brushing up on my kicks man, and it felt great to just get back into it. My roundhouse looks impeccable and after about an hour, my jump back spin kick felt natural again. It was awesome.
