I don't know. Maybe I'm going through one of those phases where I just want to change my muse, but then I'll end up changing back in two seconds. Haha!
the little things || chaerin & byunghun
Tonight was a night that had been a long time coming, and Byunghun was incredibly pleased that finally he'd be able to spend this time with Chaerin, like they'd planned all those days ago. He had been determined, to say the least, to make this work, and had even told his manager that he wouldn't be able to make a meeting he'd been scheduled for that day, to her suspicion and somewhat annoyance of the short notice.

♔ - You’re cute.
Same to you, ha. I’m flattered.
Long Way Up
The scenery around him had begun to blur nearly thirty minutes ago. The swarms of people around him, the flashing lights, it all transformed into an unrecognizable discord of sweat, alcohol and dance music. Fingers clutched at the next drink he was served, sweat beading on his forehead and his skin was cold despite the rising temperature of so many bodies pressed together in the high rise club. The warm slide of tequila down his throat was doing nothing to warm him and it wasn't supposed to. He was sweating bullets for a reason that went beyond any sort of physical condition. Eyes darted to the doorway that led to the large balcony when a couple stumbled in after having had a smoke, letting a cool breeze suddenly mingle with the stifling air inside.
Slipping from his bar stool he stood on shaky legs, swaying slightly before he gained his bearings as much as possible and he began to make his way to the door. Fingers extended, tips touching at the surface of the glass, sighing at the cool touch once he pressed palms flat to the door and he shoved it open, nearly stumbling outside from the sheer force of it, the door having been easy to open in the first place. The world spun, and his stomach threatened to push back up his meager lunch but he steeled himself to the nausea, groaning before he straightened up. Legs carried him to the edge of the balcony with unsure steps, stumbling every few steps until he finally made it to the cold, metal railing.
Masayuki took a deep breath and he lifted his head to the night sky. The only stars that could be made out due to the pollution created by the bright city lights were simply tiny pinpricks of light against the inky sky. Looking up, the world was simply black and white, right or wrong.
Up, or down.
Casting his head down he looked over the railing, the drop from the tenth story was dizzying and he felt his body jolt again but he swallowed quickly, shaking his head as if to clear his head and shake away his nerves. He had made up his mind long ago. Stepping onto the raised concrete which housed the post of the railing he swayed against the metal, eyes watching the cars on the street below, a cool wind whipping through his hair and across his face as he simply stared. “I wonder who I’ll hit.” He mumbled to himself with a hollow chuckle, not really caring at this point. He simply imagined a cease fire for the war in his head, on that would last forever. The whispering, the pain, the late nights spent trying to tear the monsters from behind his eyes would end. Even if that meant ending up face down on someone's Mercedes Benz or in the middle of the street. It was sweet relief either way.
