Workout tip

Do what you normally do at the gym/jogging/whatever but do it while wearing armor. 

I personally recommend chainmail, as it moves easily with you and adds an extra 30-35 pounds of weight for resistance and is far less bulky and restrictive than those weighted vests you can get. 

Plus, if you’re wearing chainmail, it acts as creepy-gym-dude repellent. 

You think I’m joking but I am absolutely not. I jog in chainmail.
