... So, Prince. I'm guessing you know now. Your Vanessa may have been normal, once, but when she got you... things changed. I'd call her a Yandere; someone who loves another so much they would do anything to be with them...even kidnapping and murder.
It's not love, it’s an obsession. They’re two very different things, and I personally hate that “Yandere” uses the term Love when it’s clearly not. And I dislike when people say it’s “romantic” and support it. (Not saying that you said that I’m just saying it in general. I’ve spoken to individuals who are like this and they have it all wrong).
It’s an illusion of love. Obsessive passion obviously isn't a healthy basis for a relationship. They’re not in love with the individual, they’re in love with the idea of having them. Why do they want them? To make them feel powerful, to make them feel special, to make them feel wanted, to desperately fill some kind of void they have in their lives that was never fulfilled while they were growing up.
The Prince’s love was true, and it was because of this why he never spoke up against Vanessa’s manipulations. She wanted a perfect fairytale couple. A real-life Happily Ever After. She wanted it to be perfect, she wanted him to be perfect to fulfill her fantasies and expectations. She never outright hit him, she would go for more subtle methods of manipulation.
She’d use his True Name against him. They’d trusted each other with their true names very early on in their relationship, and Vanessa would use it in little ways. In their land, magic beings were ever so eager to get a person’s true name, which was why Royalty was never addressed in a public setting by their names. They were always called “The Prince”, “The Princess”, “The King”, “The Queen”, etc. Vanessa often used the Prince’s true name and his love for her against him in subtle ways in order to get him just right for her picture-perfect fairytale couple.
She was convinced the void she had in her heart could only be filled by him, and him alone. And she would do anything to keep him. But they were a perfect couple, just like in the stories she read growing up, so she doesn’t have to worry about him leaving her, right? The Prince and Princess live happily ever after and never ever argue or face hardship or confusion in their relationship.
Never.

Dear chains2004,
You don’t say.
I guess it’s possible that our lives could make an interesting game, in that case. There aren’t many things slower than a long, drawn-out court case. They’d have to cut out a lot of those boring witness testimonies, I bet.

... This isn't what I expected. Should've killed her on the spot, had I known she would try again if we spared her. Either way, she's here in the mortal plane because of Yuri.
N: Also Yuri didn’t do anything! R-right?
Y: …. yeah…
...i have to admit, seeing these bots be so damn blind is hilarious because it's so fuckin obvious then that they are machines.
Yuppppp hahaha
