edit after your answer: sorry i'm editing not to spam but thanks for that comment really!! :) it's true france is so big on the manga market we're very lucky and have our own mangas and all ourselves too it's really nice! and ki-oon are pretty popular themselves (mostly because of ph) and they're really big so i don't see them doing a trick thing it'd just be completely stupid and would make them lose many fans and lots of credibility xDD which is why i really believe it to be the case :) why would they waste their time making up something like that anyway???

omg same here, i've had the ph artbook for years now so when ki-oon announced it'd get a release here i was like are you kidding me right now

it wasn't nearly as bad as you though, i got mine on christmas so i didn't actually pay for it (and i got it off hmv back then so it was around 22 euros, excluding shipping though)

Oh yes great point!! Jack really looks like he's using Lacie as a puppet, even more with her expression, and even as a shield? Not really Lacie herself but her name, it's almost as if he created a whole new Lacie, the idea of her, to shove in front of him as protection. And we know he's used Oz as both puppet and shield before too! So yeah it makes sense, Oz is the direct reciever/victim of Jack's obssession for Lacie!

Well in that sense though wouldn't that be before he's alive too? After all she was never present for when Oz was alive really! But she had him ever since she was a kid, and for kids it doesn't matter if plushes are alive or not, they're friends? Besides she gave one to the core so it wouldn't be lonely so I believe she thought of the plush as a friend too, at least when she was a child, a way to be less lonely? I think she really cared about it otherwise she wouldn't have gone through the trouble of bringing them both to the core of the Abyss! But yes Lacie's face could definitely be disappointment and sadness in Jack! It just striked me to see her with that kind of expression, we're used to much more confidence and energy from her!
