Past couple of weeks I have been feeling a bit off-balanced. I'm chakra 7. If any part of that is bent or slightly fractured, I feel off. Even doing tai chi was frustrating. Wandering around and trying to figure out what has had me off-centered is like trying to find the blown bulb on a strand of Christmas tree lights. Then I looked in my fridge and noticed that there are some missing elements that help ground my body and wellbeing to Spirit. I didn't even have any ginger tea boiled! That's my struggle around this time of the year. My favorite fruits are out of season and all of the fall treats creep on in. Well, we fall down and rise up. To Carol Tuttle and all the people at Mindvalley I appreciate all the effort you put in Chakra 7, it is really wonderful, I have also worked with the chakras before, but not like this, this changed my perspective, the detail you put on the videos and how Carol explains things, it really makes it so easy to understand and the excercises are so original and easy to follow. I liked the part where other people share their insights and you can see things from different angles.
