Is there any Sydney Homestuck community around these days that I could join!
Hi there! I'm not even sure if our other mods check or exist anymore if I'm honest, I've only really reared my head thanks to the animated trailer. I used to help lead chalkstuck back in the day but unfortunately I don't think there is much happening anymore, its been quite a few years... I encourage anyone in the Sydney area to meet up however small the gathering and start something new! - May
CHALKSTUCK'S 3RD BIRTHDAY!!!
(Note- this is short notice, as admins have been busy and unable to talk till recently.)
To celebrate our group turning another year older, we've got a special meetup! (For those who have been in this group since before July last year might remember a party Allie held in July before she moved, at her mother's place. It was a great hit, and her mother is allowing her to hold one again, based upon last time's standards (everyone chipped in for food, and the next day helped clean up before leaving)
So... We're having a PAAAAAAAAAAAAARTY! A sleepover, with games and chit chatter and food! (who knows we might not even sleep.)
This will occur NEXT weekend, 18th-19th of May, starting from about 4pm on the saturday~
We do ask that you bring the following, to help out;
-$10 for pizza
-Some snacks to share during games, chit chat and watching anime/shows/movies.
-Something small for breakfast (e.g; 2L of milk, small box of cereal, some bread for toast, etc. *
-A pillow
-Pjs (or something at least to sleep in.)
Also, feel free to bring movies or such, (Please ensure that they are M+15 OR UNDER, as many members are underage, and would be best if everyone could watch, rather than having to send others out.)
*THERE WILL BE A POST ON THIS EVENT ON THE FB PAGE, SO YOU CAN PUT DOWN WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO BRING SO THERE ARE NO/NOT MUCH DOUBLES. (If you do not have fb, PLEASE shoot us an ask, so we can give you the address as the date draws closer!)

CHALKSTUCK CHRISTMAS MEETUP!
Hey everyone, our next meetup will be on the 16th from 10:30am, so mark it down on your calendars because it'll one you don't want to miss! From Central Station we'll be walking down to Victoria Park in Broadway, so join us in celebrating the last twelve months of Chalkstuck meetups, plus this'll be your last chance to see everyone before the new year. This meetup is a NON COSPLAY event, (feel free though to wear homestuck shirts!) and we are going with a 'Christmas Theme'; please wear something white, or green or
red. Or all three! If it gets hot, there's a public pool in the park where you can go for a dip. Remember swimmers, some change for entry and a towel please! If attending it would be awesome to bring some food and drink along with you so we can have an abundance of snacks to feast on, and if you have any festive decorations that'd be really cool to bring too. So make sure to RSVP if you can come, because the more the merrier!
HALLOWEEN MEETUP!
(oops sorry for not updating here guys! Admins have been rather busy.) Halloween meetup on the 27th, AKA THIS SATURDAY! Everyone is meeting at central station, (near Hungry Jacks and Krispy Kremes- also where the country trains are.) at 11am! As this is halloweened themed, YES! COSPLAY! Feel free to bring some sweets along to share~ If there are any questions or you need an admin's mobile number, don't hesitate to ask us here!
SUPANOVA HOMESTUCK MEETUP~!
ATTENTION ALL: We will be officially meeting at 12:00pm Saturday and Sunday, in the entrance lobby, this should give people enough time to arrive and enter the con. Howoever, if you can't make the time, you'll be able to find us walking around as a group, we won't be hard to find. Hope to see you all there~ :D (side note; doesn't matter if you're not in homestuck cosplay or in cosplay at all. Come one come all! ouo )
