★ HARRIETT’S STORY (SO FAR) ★
Belonging to a strong magical bloodline, Harriett has always found herself to be rather in-tune with magic and how it could potentially benefit the environment. As she aged into a teenager and finally manifested as a Spellcaster, Harriett began to show an increasing interest in Herbalism and Apothecary lessons while her peers favoured learning Mischief and Untamed Magic, Duelling and Broom Racing.
After a particular, harrowing event in Glimmerbrook, Harriett suddenly uprooted her entire life to distance herself from her fellow Spellcasters and set out on her own to find somewhere she could achieve complete solitude. Eventually settling down in the woodland just outside of Henford-on-Bagley, Harriett began to dedicate most of her time towards perfecting her practical magic abilities and using her expanding potionology skills to look after the local flora and fauna.
Whether she chooses to use her many elixirs and potions to treat the people of Henford-on-Bagley depends solely on those who feel brave enough to meet with the fabled 'Wicked Witch of the Woods'.
★ WHY IS HARRIETT LOOKING FOR LOVE NOW? ★
Whenever Harriett has had the chance to sit down and reflect on her life as of late, she has come to the rather discouraging conclusion that she's extremely lonely. Of course - while she's made plenty friends with the woodland critters - she lives on her own, she "works" on her own and does pretty much everything from business to pleasure on her own.
While solitary life was her intention when she first left Glimmerbrook, Harriett believes she may have made an error in judging just how much isolation she needed in order to perfect her Practical Magic Skills.
Now, Harriett feels more than ready to try building a life with someone - or maybe even finding her place in their family if they've already started. And while she hasn't contemplated the idea of having children herself, she isn't opposed to the overall concept - so long as the person she's with is willing to support her and maybe even share the childcare!
She is drawn to Sims who enjoy being outdoors as much as she does but knows she wouldn't bode well with someone who tends to stay indoors most of the time. Additionally, she's not very fond of troublemakers and tends to avoid Sims with a 'disruptive' personality.

★ OTI’S STORY (SO FAR) ★
Coming from a home with a surgeon mother and a mortician father, Odoti wasn't exactly the most popular kid in school growing up. Despite her generous and gentle nature, her peers avoided her due to the 'macabre' vibes she and her family seemed to carry with them. So, while spending most of her childhood alone, Odoti found comfort in art and it's many various forms. Whether it was writing questionable fiction, listening to the same rock 'n' roll CD on repeat or creating morose paintings, Odoti's choice of self expression over going out and partying was 'satisfactory' according to her parents.
That is until she developed a childhood phase that made Odoti crank up the volume of her CD player until the knob almost broke. Followed swiftly by mood swings and the typical rebellious teenager act.
Despite her love for the arts - and much to the quiet relief of her parents - Odoti decided to become a Biology major at Foxbury Institute. Leaving her old life behind, Odoti finally decided that she wanted to mould herself into a new, better person. How did she start? By dyeing her hair, getting her first piercings/tattoos and learning how to apply make-up. Sure, the dye job is a bit splotchy, the tattoos hurt like hell and her make up skills leave much to be desired but having the ability and the freedom to use her own body as a canvas has made Odoti feel comfortable in her own skin for the first time in her life.
While her parents may think that, with this degree, Odoti could follow them into either of their careers, Odoti has a different reason for choosing this subject. It's not the Sims she wants to help - it's their pets and any other animal she comes into contact with. In Odoti's opinion, animals are precious and they all deserve to be taken care of by someone who cares about them.
So what better way to defy her parents' expectations and use this degree to become a punk veterinarian with a soft spot for cats?
★ WHY IS OTI SUDDENLY LOOKING FOR LOVE? ★
Like art; love comes in many different forms - all of which Odoti feels like she missed out on growing up the way that she did. Her parents were rarely home, her peers avoided her like the plague and she's never had a romantic partner before. Part of moulding herself into a Sim she feels comfortable being means trying new things. So, why pass up the chance to explore affection in a controlled environment where no one knows her yet? Even if she doesn't manage to find romantic love, she'd like to hope she could at least experience platonic love and maybe find something she's never had: a friend.

Becoming a performer at a young age, Polly started off as a violin player before moving on to more acrobatic stunts as she grew older and more confident. Aleks, 23, is a Sim that likes long walks on the beach, big hearts and popcorn shrimp. Originally from Windenburg, Aleks moved to Sulani shortly after finishing his "four-year sentence" at The University of Britechester in order to follow his dreams of becoming a part-time lifeguard, which isn't much but it's honest work! As a result, he tends to spend most of his days basking in the sun, the sea and the occasional shark alert.
But now that he's obtained his dream job and secured his dream home in Sulani, there is only one thing that Aleks is really missing: someone he can share everything (his love, his home, his life) with.
Now it might sound corny, but Aleks finds himself searching for ANYSIM that would join him in enjoying life to the fullest. An active lifestyle is preferred (but not required) and a good sense of humor is always desirable since Aleks tends to be quite playful. He also has a weakness for good food. Like, REALLY good food. The way to a Sim's heart is through their stomach after all! (Or so he's been told)
Aleks is very comfortable with his body (a little too much at times) and, due to the nature of his job/living location, he isn't afraid to show a bit of skin every now and then. His only real insecurity lies in his terrible academic skills - but what he might lack in brains, he can easily replace with his capability to love fully and unconditionally.
So, if you think Aleks might be 'the one' for you, then he has a nice, fresh Lotta Cocolata with your name written ALL over it ♡
Noted Issues: Aleks appears to have been getting lip filters since he left my save file. I've tested it out and he looks like he should in my save (with just the above CC installed so there's no additional presets/sliders/etc.) so if he shows up in your game with a permanent duckface - please replace them with any pair of lips you want, CC or otherwise! (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)
This is the first time I'm making a Sim with the intent to apply for a slot in another Simmer's challenge, so I really hope he's okay ( ˶•́⩊•̀˶)っ
As per the requirements, I've tried to use as little CC as possible (There's no sliders or defaults but I physically can't part with my CC genetics sorry :c) so most of Aleks' clothing options are from game packs! Though if you want to add extra outfits, just make sure his shirts are open and his pants are short ( ˶•̀ᴗ-)✧
I don't really have a TOU since it's not my CC and it would feel weird, so all I really ask is that Aleks' tan stays, his eyes remain a pretty blue and his teeth are pearly white, - and please keep his sexuality set as attracted to/woohoo with BOTH male and female Sims. He's a loud and proud Bisexual! Aside from all that, you have full control! ♡

14. THE STORY SO FAR: If you were to ask Angelina what it means to ‘be a Rawlins kid’ she would tell you that it means spending the first few life stages in a VERY unstable household. With two unfaithful parents, constantly relocating from city to city and too many siblings to properly keep track of, it’s no wonder so many of her siblings (herself included) end up developing some unhealthy coping methods.
In spite of her volatile upbringing, Angelina has always dreamed of getting married, owning a home and starting a family. Upon meeting Trigger Broke in a bar one fateful night two years ago, the likelihood of Angelina achieving her dream life skyrocketed. But, as life would have it, nothing is ever that easy. Now the couple is stuck in a state of disagreement over what they should prioritize first for the future.
After mentioning to a ‘friend’ that she was unsure whether the couples counselling sessions were working or not, Angelina was unknowingly coerced into applying for a reality TV show with the promise that it would be the answer to all of her (and Trigger’s) problems. And thanks to her Impulsive nature and blind faith in her friend’s intentions, Angelina may have just taken her relationship to the one place it can’t survive… THE ULTIMATUM CHALLENGE.

THE STORY SO FAR: Tessa is the eldest child of seven (three boys and four girls all aged between Young Adult and Toddler) living on her father's ranch in Chestnut Ridge. Three months before Tessa came to learn about the heinous game taking place in Henford-on-Bagley, her father (Jackson Hayes) was eaten by a Cowplant, meaning Tessa was now considered the head of the Hayes household. Despite the sudden change, things were fine in the beginning; having worked on the family ranch since she could crawl, Tessa was able to take her expanded responsibilities of looking after the ranch, its animals and her siblings in stride. However, as several weeks passed, Tessa soon found herself struggling to make ends meet despite her hard work.
As if this amount of pressure wasn't enough on its own, the Hayes family faces the very real possibility of losing their ranch now that the legal ownership of the land is being questioned, leaving Tessa with a difficult choice to make. Either she can hope that she miraculously receives 150,000 Simoleons from the Penny Pixies or she can take a risk filled with lies, betrayal and a possible brush with death.
And since it doesn't look like she'll be hitting the 'motherlode' any time soon, Tessa's only choice to save everything she holds dear is to roll the dice and hope she has what it takes to survive The Traitors.

Tessa was designed with the intention of filling a Traitor role!
(But this can be 100% changed if the challenge has too many of those! ♡)
Why is she suitable for this role? Because the looming threat of losing everything she holds dear to her means she's willing to do absolutely anything it takes to avoid a negative outcome, even if it means going against the strict moral code she usually follows.
She's not necessarily a cold-blooded Sim and doesn't find any delight in the idea of backstabbing others but her hyper-fixation on saving her family's ranch clouds her judgement and causes her to act in ways she normally wouldn't - fear tends to do that to people who are faced with an impossible scenario.
Under all the fear and stress, Tessa is usually a friendly, supportive Sim with a genuine warmth she shares with others, but that type of person has no place in a game like this, do they?
Her appearance is also intended to be misleading. At a passing glance, Tessa looks like a typical young lady you'd find on any ranch with a pretty face and a charming smile. But under all those loose layers of clothing, she's as strong as an ox (thanks to all that ranch work) and is as equally stubborn to boot. Tessa tries to keep her physique purposely covered up with loose/baggy clothing because who would honestly expect this darling little ranch girl to be built like Adonis?

Astor [AGE REDACTED] is a Sim that others would consider to be an 'old man's soul' in a young man's body. Being a modestly successful fashion designer, Astor prides himself on perfection and creativity both in and out of the workroom. His craft has taken him to many places throughout his career but the one place he feels most welcome, is his small fashion business in San Myshuno.
When it comes to the type of Sim Astor would enjoy exploring a potential courtship with, it would be someone who would also be considered 'a night owl' as he enjoys stargazing and leisurely strolls in the dead of night. He is also looking for someone that wouldn't mind missing out on beach vacations or just the heat in general as he is sensitive to intense light, a fact he attributes to spending most of his time 'underground'. (His establishment is inside a windowless basement.)
Astor would describe himself as a hardworking gentleman who happens to be a bit of a hopeless romantic at heart. He's felt isolated and lonely at several points of his life, which made him consider a freelance career as an author, allowing him to channel his Eternal Sadness into his writing - which might even explain why most of his books have either horror or romance themes to them. Despite this creative outlet, Astor's surprise application to the show has given him hope that this rather unusual method of courting might lead to him finding the Sim that he'll devote himself to for the rest of his life.
...Just as long as they don't like Garlic.

I like how my 'few hours' turned into literally two whole days. I LOVED the idea of making Sims that aren't actually occult Sims so I had a lot of fun trying to make Astor look like a vampire without using the GP!
I still have no TOU for my Public Sims, so feel free to change what you need to for Astor to fit in! He's quite 'polished' so anything formal would fit his character. Also if you have any corsets, those would count too.
