COME JOIN THE RANKS

Now I know some of you have seen me post about this community before, but for those who might not let me give you three reasons to check this place out. All of these reasons support the reality that is:

Avland is MORE THAN A CHALLENGE COMMUNITY.

It is, in fact, a community. There's a lot of focus in supporting and getting to know your teammates. So for those of us who may be lost in a fandom as large of this, it 's great to know other fans!

ALL character and ship preferences are welcomed, encouraged, and adored! While it's a cinematic-verse based comma, there are also loyal comic-verse fans among us!

For all creators, if the whole challenge aspect seems a bit daunting, look of it as a prompt community. There are many challenge that have encouraged me to explore aspects of the universe I normally just don't think of. It can only help you expand your horizons!

To put the cherry on top, everyone is welcoming. The mods are always open to suggestions. And if you can't complete a challenge here and there-no problem! There keep the pitchforks out of reach.

So come give us a shot! And if you drop by and join the ranks of Villains, Heroes, or Sidekicks! if you want to tell them Nightswhisper sent you that would be lovely. If not, that's fine too!

Turbo Rumble is an icon challenge community where makers are given one month to make 12 icons, according to 12 themes, and once all icons are submitted, there's a daily voting for the best in each challenge. The maker with most points overall wins the round. Hone your icon making skills giving and receiving tips on how to improve your work, as well as feeding the competitive beast inside you!   You may enter any mediums that fulfill the requirements of the Round, unless the Round specifies otherwise. The following mediums (and others) are welcome: Television Shows, Movies, Short Films, Music Videos, Video Games, Comics, Cartoon Strips & Manga.   Sign-ups are open for Round 9, themed "Time Travel". To participate in the challenges, you need to be a member of the community, sign up to the sign-ups post, and submit your icons by the due date.
