-there are 28 questions, two for every contestant, picked at random
-things start off pretty normal (moderately embarrassing things, ally’s bunny costume, that sort) but turn more and more pointed as the ep goes on
-for example the questions for lake jump from ’who wears a wig’ to ‘who is in an arranged marriage’, which is the first the other camper hear of this.
-krystal still asks weird and invasive questions because that’s crucial to her character at the time, but she plays them off well (mixing normal and weird questions so the contestants don’t realize how shocking the stuff is but still get great reactions for the views)
huh, the more I rewrite the more I realize how similar krystal and james are
-anyway, this breaks once she asks the ‘who had sex reassignment surgery’ question, which instead of a gasp from everyone elicits an ‘ewww!!’ from yul. I really liked what someone else suggested, james calling out how shitty a move outing someone is, so I’ll keep that
-if anyone was going to confess, Yul absolutely ruined their hope it would be okay, so they stay silent
-krystal rolls her and asks if anyone wants to confess, which they don’t, so the challenge ends.
-there’s less a focus on this scene than there is on lake’s arc, because oh my god that was a missed opportunity, but it’s still a decent part
