Strength, the unyielding power to conquer any challenge with force alone as an iron will backs every action made for the sake of one goal. When looking at him a part of himself will always swell with pride and is always impressed every time Luffy sees Zoro in action. 

Loyalty and trust. Luffy’s known for the longest time just how Zoro feels and what he would do for him (as if crying over a promise to Luffy wasn’t the biggest hint). It’s partly why Zoro was able to lay down the law and be brutally honest without any repercussions for talking back to the captain. There might be a constant vibe of friendship/family on the ship but Luffy IS the leader despite this and Zoro is his right-hand man. It goes without saying given what happened when they were in Water 7 where Zoro gave Luffy an ultimatum and gave him noteworthy advice on how to properly be the captain even more worthy of his respect. 

Getting lost; by now it’s just something Luffy’s all too used to and expecting to happen every single time. He’s not going to sugar coat it and it’s the only thing that comes into his mind whenever they have to reach a destination. Luffy knows that Zoro will go a thousand different ways before finally reaching the place and will never stop teasing him about it.
