Attitude of Gratitude (Pedal Power)

While cycling my good friend’s bike back from the Country’s Largest Organic/Locally Grown Farmer’s Market here in my Front Yard of Santa Monica; i was blessed with an amazing phone call. I had my ear buds in, listening to DCFC’s “Kintsugi” Album.  The call just opened up my already shining SoulLight.  I had my alstroemeria hanging out of my backpack, and my giant satchel filled with organic strawberries, Swiss Chard and kale. THIS is the LA i had envisioned as a boy. THiS is the Proper Location for ME at this WONDERFUL RIDE of my Life right now. THiS is a feeling, a MOMENT i will Cherish for Life. Life’s Fragile. Life’s what we make it. IT rarely happens the WAY we think it’s gonna happen; but when it DOES — the elation elevates esoterically !!!  I’m so joy-filled at my Life. “It’s A Wonderful Life” — truly.

Life is COMPRESSION & EXPANSION. we're ALWAYS Blessed. NO “Curse” F-that! Just like Breath, we expand and contract. When you can SEE (and Breathe and Feel) your LiFE THiS Way,  it makes so much more sense to ... Love EveryBody.

Remember that which you thought you couldn’t live withOut??? WELL... Looky HERE at you now... All Living And SHIT !!! You went from Healthy to Buzzed to Blasted to Demolished to ReBorn! Phoenix. Ashes. RiSE. Climb. SOAR...

Remember this : we needed those things THEN.  Not Now. IF it ain’t serving YOU, Quit It.  IT was necessary to bring us HERE. Smile and Let IT Go.

#DeToxLife avoids STRiFE.  Sorrow at Night, JoY at Dawn.   Makes no sense to linger on.  Don’t loiter Your LiFE.

I can’t stop giggling this morning.  

I feel so FREE.  Is it SoCal Sun or is it me? It’s like when one of our friends gets a new mate and they are ALL OVER Facebook about it. Pix of the NEW COUPLE doing couples things!!! ALL.THE.DAMN.TIME. EVERY.SINGLE.DAMN.DAY.  Then... 6months later, what happened??? Nothing but solo-selfies and pix of The Lonely Club Life. Looking like a bad rendition of a Lonely-Island video/sketch! How are they gonna go from Flowers and Wine to Jack Daniels and IcePacks??? Easily:

The more passionate the Beginning The more engulfing the flames of The End.

I can only speak of MY eXperience.  

The places i’ve stayed too long with that woman, thing, substance, idea... WHATeVER ‘iT’ was (you’re sure to have yours) — it DEVOURED me and kept me stagnant until i LET IT GO.  It’s a CHOiCE.

eXperience the Freedom of Letting GO.

Be ProActive not ReActive. Live the ELEVATED LiFE.  Drop the DarkSide.

NO-THiNG Formed against you shall Stand.  God is all over you, Patiently waiting for you to Release... it. Whatever IT is. LET.IT.GO. IT is just a situation. Don’t give it Power. Don’t give it Authority.

So many Artists like myself are Obsessive. WE Struggle to HOLD-ON. Yet the paradox is : Our BEST Moments, Our Best LOVE, Our Best WORK is when it ... is Effortless and Flowing. Sprouting from our Soul.  Raging with Delight.

We are Our Best when we LET GO, and GET OUT OF THE WAY of OurSelves, to Let the God within come OUT and SHiNE.

i believe in YOU, #LittleChampions! UNiTE! Take Back the Control of Your LiFE! REGRETTING your Past means you have No Confidence of your Future. ReActive Living is living withOut FAiTH.   What do YOU HAVE that makes THEM say “DAMN!” ??? What do YOU DO that makes you go “AHHHH!!!” ??? DO THESE THiNGS DAiLY!!!
