My Top 15 X-Files Episodes

Beyond the Sea - Delves into Scully’s faith and relationship with her father. 

Eve - My all time favourite episode. Mudler and Scully acting as parents/guardians of creepy clone children. 

Darkness Falls - Evil trees and also Scully in that giant coat. 

Humbug - Fiji Mermaid episode and also perfect. 

Jose Chung’s From Outer Space - Re telling of the story through different points of views, typical alien/ufo plot. Very funny

Memento Mori - Super Emotional TM. 

Unusual Suspects - This ep features the origins of my favourite side characters, The Lone Gunmen. Focuses on government conspiracies and cover up stories. 

Bad Blood - Redneck vampires and Luke Wilson. Similar to Jose Chung in terms of tone.

Arcadia - Fake marrieds. Thats all you need to know. 

The Unnatural - Jessie L Martin and Frederic Lane are in a gay interspecies relationship and Mulder teaches Scully to play baseball. 

Closure - Second part of two episodes concluding Samantha’s story. 

X-Cops - Hilarious and also perfect. X-Files / Cops crossover, shot like Cops. Scully hates being on 

Per Manum - Mostly flashback and very emotional. Has one of the most intimate scenes between Mulder and Scully in the whole series. 

Audrey Pauley - This ep focuses mostly on Monica and John’s relationship. Great one ep character with Audrey. Probably my favourite episode in s9.

Jump the Shark - Wraps up all the lose ends in the Lone Gunmen spin-off series. Emotional and frustrating.
