We are fortunate to be alive in a time like this. We are making history. Now we have a real opportunity and responsibility to earnestly make America greater. But not in the “MAGA” sense, as if the answers are attached to the past. Instead, as in carving out a new future where not only do we acknowledge our past mistakes but we actively prevent those mistakes from being repeated. Where equality doesn’t have an asterisk next to it. Where we recognize that health matters more than profit. Where neither age,race, sex, religion nor financial status can be used against you. Where education is affordable and immigrants are welcomed. Where goods are made by Americans for Americans. Where the law doesn’t only apply to some of us some of the time. Where fear isn’t being peddled like a drug to influence and manipulate. Where our crops and food aren’t genetically modified. Where the out dated aspects of our educational, judicial, financial, medical and political systems are reimagined and renovated. Só na 2* Guerra Mundial a pele foi substituída por nylon, para o tornar mais leve e impermeável. Dizem que o forro laranja foi criado para, quando o avião era atingido e o piloto tinha que saltar de pára-quedas, funcionar como um ponto laranja visto no ar e se saber que aí estava um piloto ferido que tinha que ser salvo.
