Unfortunately the only person stressing me out rn is me cause I want so much better for myself
I am healing.
I am growing.
Not every moment of every day will be a good one.
But that doesn’t erase my progress.
The internal change inside of me will take time.
I’ve spent my whole life in anxiety.
My nervous system is comfortable there. It is familiar.
It automatically resorts to that—the fight or flight mode.
That’s what it knows how to do.
But every day I’m trying to teach her that it doesn’t have to be that way.
I’m not in that environment anymore.
I am safe. I am healthy. I am loved.
It’s hard though.
My conscious mind cannot fight the subconscious programming.
However, I will meditate more.
I will reinforce positive thoughts.
I will love myself even when I slip up.
I’ll give myself grace.
Because I deserve it.
Because I don’t have to be a victim of my own mind.
Because I am changing. For the better.
Luckily, you've found this post.
I'm going to share some words that will change your life.
The importance of the things that happen in your future lies not in what happens, but in the words you use to judge what happens to you.
There are words that should never be spoken again in your life, much less in your mind. I've replaced many of those words with others.
What's this about?
Let's keep it brief. Let's get rid of a couple of limiting voices in your mind.
"It's very easy to say, but very difficult to do." I'm with you.
Let me open my dictionary.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
"DIFFICULT": what becomes easy with time.
"But I have so many problems." I'm with you.
.
.
.
.
"PROBLEMS": an opportunity to practice.
"I wish I'd have that mindset someday." SORRY WHAT?. Wait a minute.. let me think.. "I wish." "I wish"?" doesn't exist! I wish is meant to be replaced with "I decree." NO "I wish." NO "maybes." When you DECREE something, you take responsibility for the result. You only live the words you speak. Eradicate negative words from your life and use powerful ones that guarantee a prosperous and happy life.
Do you have an illness?
Illness: a challenge to overcome and spiritual healing.
"But I was fired!"
Hey dont scream me! Lets see...
Firing: an opportunity to find your direction and discover what you're made of.
But... is your problem related to love?
Disappointment: don't wait so long again.
.
.
.
Enough for today.
Get rid of toxicity.
Surround yourself with people who speak of opportunities, who use beautiful language. Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.
If you change your words, your life will change. I promise you this. So be it. Blessings. <3

Seven Days From Now, You Could Be Different
Seven days may not sound like much.
But seven focused days can change your direction.
Seven days from now, you could still be stuck in the same cycle.
Avoiding the same task. Feeling the same guilt. Making the same promises. Waiting for the same perfect moment.
Or seven days from now, you could have a new system.
You could know how to start when you feel overwhelmed.
You could understand why you procrastinate.
You could have simple tools to reduce resistance.
You could stop depending on motivation.
You could finally feel like you are back in control.
That is what Stop Procrastinating in 7 Days is about.
It is not about becoming productive every second of the day.
It is not about shaming yourself into action.
It is not about forcing yourself to become someone you are not.
It is about learning how to follow through.
It is about building trust with yourself again.
It is about proving that you can start, continue, and finish.
Procrastination has already taken enough of your time.
It has taken your energy, your focus, your confidence, and your peace.
You do not have to keep giving it more.
Give yourself the next seven days.
Join Stop Procrastinating in 7 Days and start becoming the person who takes action instead of waiting for later.

Our subconscious programs come from the ways we had to cope with our environment as children. These programs are how we self soothed and met our own needs during times of stress, fear, or neglect. It can be difficult to act on the changes we know we need to make as adults if we haven’t addressed the underlying origin of the behavior which stems from the program. Unless we re-program our subconscious mind we will continue with patterns of self sabotage, perpetuating cycles of shame and the illusion of powerlessness. You can change! You can stick with it! But first you must address the subconscious program at the root of the issue.
