Safyra looked the man over. He was much less threatening than she imagined, but she was still on high alert for whatever reason. “Chanticleer. Okay. Thank you.” She smiles as brightly as she can muster and then blinks at the chair.

 “... Oh! Sorry.” She chuckles and sits down, nodding a quick thank-you. Her deep blue eyes wander about the restaurant curiously. She’s still quite a bit anxious to not have anyone she knew nearby. “So um... Y-yes. I’m... Safyra.” She bites her lip and looks down at the table, frustrated with herself for falling back into her anxious speech pattern. She had just gotten over it, too! “... This is new to me....”

 “Okay…. I’ve never done this before, so….” Safyra takes a deep breath and nods, steeling herself. Without Mona around, this could get really awkward, really fast- not to mention the fact that she’d only recently regained her confidence. “Mona, I hope you’re not judging me up there,” she grumbles to the sky, then enters the restaurant.

It’s a pretty nice Mistrali-cuisine restaurant. Not too fancy, more of a homey-vibe. She could smell the sauces and noodles cooking. “Well, if the date goes south, at least there’s food.” She looks around worriedly. “Now… who am I meeting again…?”

“Uuuum, excuse me?” She calls out timidly. “Is there a um… Chant-a-claus here?”
