𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐫-𝐟𝐫𝐲 (炒杂菜/𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩 𝐜𝐡𝐲𝐞)
Tonight’s dinner is the quick and easy chap chye 炒杂菜. Nothing fancy.
I post it here anyway just thinking someone may not familiar with this dish. Basically, I just use whatever is available in my refrigerator. However, it is still a dish that is multi-colored, tender-crisp, with a combination of vegetables os different texture and flavor.
