Charlie Chaplin sold Chaplin Studios in 1953. It went through several owners before CBS purchased it in 1962 to film Perry Mason. Jack Benny and Red Skelton filmed here too.
It became A & M Records in 1966. And The Jim Henson Company in 1999. And today it’s currently for sale.
