General Personality: Overall he’s very confident. He’s good at blending in when needed but standing out when it calls for it. Oliver is very calculating and usually will manipulate situations to his benefit. Sometimes his facade can slide and someone will see his “mask” drop but it’s only when he’s caught off guard or a particularly touche’ subject hits.
