I'm thinking of speech gimmicks.
You know how characters sometimes have not a voice that makes them really unique but a speech gimmick? Perhaps they never swear, or swear in ice cream flavors. Maybe they talk like Yoda does, with reversed syntax, or they use no articles. Or they are like HK-47, saying tone indicators out loud before speaking.
Here are some I came up with:
Speaks two sentences at once in paired words: "What-where is-are going-my on-glasses?"
Speaks two words per sentence max: "Home. Home gone. We remained. Thrived together. Made art."
Speaks without adjectives but still remaining descriptive: "You see, this person had size of an elephant, they had strength and redness to their hair. Can't say how they looked like though. There's weakness in my eyesight."
Speaks without pauses: "YesThereIsNothingToWorryAboutGoToSleepImmediatelyDarlingTomorrowWeAreHeadingWest."
Postpositioning the adjectives: "The man, evil, came to us at night, late. He stole our treasure, golden, and left a message, short, written on a card made of paper, black."
