Hey sorry if this has been answered before but is Raiden a Link? And are you counting Raiden as someone who was like born with the triforce. Like is he one of Hylia’s chosen or not?
Yes! He was born a Link and Hylias chosen one. A cruel twist of fate, to havw to defeat youre own parent? Yeah, he was tought to hate the so called "Hero" since he was a kid, only to find out he was THE hero. All the years of trying to impress his father went to shit. And he was left with the weight of destiny he could not lift.
The goddesses wanted to make it easier, ganons own son? A pice of cake, right? Well no, and now he is left with a imense and horrible Villain impostor syndrome, feeling like a monster because of what he did in the past and because who his father is.
Its obvieous why Ganondorf wouldnt name him Link, first its not a Gerudo name, and second? He wouldnt name his son after a guy who keeps comeing back to kill him. So yeah! Hope that answers it!
