today I said Andrew's name out loud to my therapist after weeks of only calling him "the blonde boy". I realized I hadn't said his name out loud EVER since getting into aftg. part of my character hyper fixations tend to be not wanting to say the characters name out loud because it makes the hyper fixation tangible and real. I hesitated but still said it. then I said it again. it felt good.
still only said his first name, I think saying "Minyard" out loud is still a step too far right now but I'm getting there! hell maybe I'll say Andrew Joseph next just to test the waters.
