I know nothing about cheese and I used to not care about it but after my friends and I went to a fancy restaurant and decided to get a mini charcuterie board for fun (hon hon hon, ratatouille-esque) I realized I was really enjoying the Brie cheese.

Ever since, I have been trying cheeses because I realized how much I’ve been missing out. My charcoochie board is kinda rudimentary but it was pretty good. I’ve decided I do not in fact enjoy stinky cheeses, they fuck with my sensory issues. However there’s this strawberry balsamic vinaigrette compote that was TO DIE FOR I might just eat it on it’s own it’s that yummy.

Theres this one cheese with an edible rind where the entire thing was soaked in red wine, and it has sweet undertastes and it was reaaally yummy <3 might be my new fave

I’m probably never gonna be a ✨true cheese intellectual✨, but at least I’m having fun :)
